They mainly use 3 wheel OTV's to herd them around here (a fair amount of people raise them here in Utah where I live). The first thing most of them have to learn is to keep horses away from them; they have a habit of charging at horses due to some strange antipathy, and I have seen horses knocked over by them, which can be hard on the rider...

I hope they charged whomever was responsable for those buffalo getting loose for the cost of the round up. Who am I kidding, the Maryland taxpayer paid for it.
