In Maryland, an SUV allegedly attacked and killed a man:
There's been a deadly accident on Route 198 in Laurel.There was no mention of motive or provocation, and apparently the SUV attacked without warning.Police say an SUV failed to negotiate a turn in the road at 5th and Route 198 and struck a utility pole. The driver, a male, was ejected, and the vehicle landed on top of him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was self-defense. The driver drove the SUV into a utility pole, so the SUV ejected him and ran over him. ;-)
