Should members of our armed forces not perform to the peak of their abilities if Kerry's elected simply because he's John Kerry?
Posted by: Brian J. at March 21, 2004 12:02 AMNo, but then sKerry's not President yet. Rather than the agents sidestep their duty I'd prefer to see them resign as a protest to his candidacy / election.
Imagine the outcry if an agent had resigned during Clinton's adminstration stating, "The man is sleaze I cannot, in good conscience, put my life on the line for a man such as him.
The catch is agents take an oath to remain silent aobut the people they're assigned to protect.
