As a native Virginian, reading this makes me beam with pride. Tell all those Texans what we lack in quantity we make up for in quality. Can you imagine this guy having been tried in Maryland?

the only part of the whole trial that bothers me (very deeply, mind you...) is that they can charge him with "using a firearm in the commission of a felony" - does it matter what the weapon was when you kill someone???
just a thought.
