Reuters reports that chopsticks may cause arthritis, which means it won't be long before California bans them in Chinese restaurants. I would imagine that forks and knives can also cause arthritis or perhaps even repetitive motion injuries. I cannot wait to join the class action lawsuit against eating utensil manufacturers, after which we'll all have to eat with our hands.
