Yes, I'm aware the photo is a fake. (The original showed the trucks on land.)
The fake is best evidenced by the man standing neck deep in the water, and the obvious photoshopped quality if the water. Also the water-line is straight across the photo, not wrapped around the contours of the trucks as it should be.
Still, it's a decent fake, and the message is pretty funny.
