And the award goes to...

Shakira, for her Best Miss America 'World Peace' speech:

"I just feel that there are always pacifist solutions, and I think that the leaders know the exit to the conflict, it's just that sometimes they don't want to use them," she said. "They just want to continue playing their little game of power. And I feel that us people have the responsibility and also the obligation to demand to our leaders to give us the pacifist solutions. To give us a world in peace."

"I think that if a third war takes place, nothing is going to be left on the face of earth."

In the immortal words of Rodney King, "Why can't we all just get along?"

You know, I was watching Saving Private Ryan tonight, because I needed to be reminded of my sense of patriotism (and i encourage you all to do the same) due to my growing menace towards my fellow Americans who are currently being anti-American about the current Iraq conflict. If you don't feel like a true American after watching that movie, then you need to move to Canada. But I went to the Special Features portion of the DVD and watched the "Special Comments from Steven Spilberg," the Director and renowned liberal. He said something in his speech about that movie that I think is worth noting:

"...it will be an inspiration and remembrance for their children and grandchildren for all future generations. And so I urge you to join me in supporting the national D-day museum that will celebrate the American spirit and remind Americans of the 21st century and beyond that freedom does not come free."

One thing these anti-war wacko's don't understand is that freedom DOES NOT come free. "War is never the answer" my friend told me just today. If war is never the answer, I'm sorry to know that we didn't have to send thousands of Americans into Europe to die at the hands of tyranny. But the case is that to stop ruthless, imperialistic dictators like Adolph Hitler, and Saddam Hussein, war seems to be the only answer.

I am curious to know what Steven Spilberg is saying about the current "Iraq Conflict?"

I'm sure if Charles Rangle got his way and reinstated the draft, you'd see a whole bunch of people moving to Canada.

Charles Rangle is a greasy-headed clown.

Well, duh. If Saddam would just disarm/go into exile/commit suicide, we wouldn't have this problem!
