Geez, now you cannot even ride a horse under the influence. Where is the danger in that? I would think they'd praise the horse for being the designated driver.
BWHAHAHAHA! I once worked with a guy who got a DUI for riding a BICYCLE drunk, in downtown Savannah, Georgia. The charge stuck, too!

While not a case of DUI, the law at times does seem to go to extremes. I remember a story a while back about a women being ticketed for driving her wheelchair in the road.
