Ravenwood and Associates has no information concerning any registration as a trademark of the aforementioned content by Kenny and Kate Wedding Website, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries, or of any use by Kenny and Kate Wedding Website, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries of said content as a trademark. Nor does Ravenwood and Associates have any reason to believe that any use by it of said content violates any rights of Kenny and Kate Wedding Website, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.
We are certainly willing to consider your claims if you will provide us with additional information concerning them. In particular, please provide us with a copy of the trademark registration, information concerning the date on which Kenny and Kate Wedding Website, Inc. or its subsidiaries began to use said aforementioned content as a trademark, and any information or authorities which support your claim that Ravenwood and Associates utilization of the internet content infringes upon any rights which Kenny and Kate Wedding Website, Inc. or its subsidiaries may have in the said content.
