I think the most sad thing about that picture is the fact that the dog is obviously gay.

It's a poodle, and I assume a miniature one. They all look gay. If only it were true, so 15 years from now the breed would be extinct...

By the way, these remarks do not apply to the original ("full-sized") poodle, which is a medium-sized dog, bred for duck-hunting. French duck-hunting must be conducted in nasty weather, because the poodle's got enough fur for a small black sheep. The full size poodle is a quite normal dog, if trained like a normal dog, and if only you can keep it out of the hands of people with sinister ideas about styling that hair. The smaller poodles appear to be bred for a temperament to match the type of maiden aunt that might be politely described as "nervous", as well as for looks and small size.

But at any rate, that dye job is far over the line. The stylist and owners should be immediately euthanized along with the dog.

I must be ill, because my first reaction was to laugh at how much the top two-thirds of that poor poodle reminded me of a certain Presidential candidate. . . I'll go take my meds.
